Junior customer experience manager

Wano was founded under the belief that a world where you could conveniently send and receive money with anyone, regardless of their location, currency or identity is fundamentally better than one where we can't.


We are looking for a junior customer experience manager to help interact with our new and existing customers in real-time as they send and receive money with Wano. You will be working with other customer experience managers and directly with the CEO to simplify the user experience of our products for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Come up with highly creative ways to simplify real-time customer experience.

  • Great sense of ownership and ability to think from first-principles.

  • Partake in product reviews and give actionable feedback.

  • Make it easy for customers to interact with our platform.


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in constructing English precisely and correctly.

  • You have experience working with a laptop

  • You have a basic understanding of bitcoin and stable-coin.

  • You have a very good understanding of how to think like a customer and empathise with them.

  • You’re passionate about doing meaningful work for humanity.


Preferred Experience:

  • Ability to think outside the box.

  • Prior experience working with a startup team.
